- How long have you been part of Nuka.gg? I only just joined maybe a day ago, but I am not new to GMOD RP.
- How active will you be on the server, discord and forums? As active as I can be, once the server launches, I will be on almost every day.
- Which position are you applying for?
- 🗹 Other (explain) The reason why I say other is due to the amount of experience I have with Staff as a whole. I am not picky where I am placed within the Staff team if I am to be accepted, however, I would probably do best anywhere above Senior Moderator but that isn't up to me.
- Do you have prior staff experience? Yes, I have quite a bit of experience when it comes to being Staff. I have been in almost every single Staff spot there is, from T-Mod up to being a Server Manager. I was the Server Manager for BN HaloRP, and High Staff for a few of their other past servers as well. I have also been Staff on GL when it was still around and other servers here and there over the years.
- Have you ever been removed or resigned from a staff position? I have never been removed as far as I know, but I have resigned from a few positions over the years. The most recent being Server Manager on BN HaloRP for internal issues that I did not agree with.
- What skills do you bring to the staff team? I am very open minded while also being able to remain unbiased when it comes situations. I am very dedicated when it comes to the things I enjoy and love doing. I am very easily reachable, and I would like to say I am also very approachable. I am also quite to handle things when an issue comes up.
- A player is clearly breaking rules but claims they “didn’t know.” How do you handle this? I would firstly check their hours and/or if they are in any faction and either rank. As a player who is in a faction and has played should clearly know the rules. If this is the case, I would explain to them that they have clearly been on the server for quite some time and issue a punishment based on the rule broken. If they are clearly new to the server, I would show them know to access and read the rules and issue a verbal warning. If the rule breaking continues, further action will be taken.
- A fellow staff member is abusing their permissions. What do you do? I would gather evidence either myself or from the others who were catch in the admin abuse. I would then follow CoC and pass the report along for the higher-ranking Staff to handle it.
- A heated argument breaks out in-character and spills into OOC toxicity. How do you respond? IC matters should be handled by that Faction's command, Staff shouldn't get involved with that. However, if things get heated in OOC chat, then I would tell the both of them to take in a private comms or drop it all together as OOC is not a place to argue. If it continues, a gag/mute will be issued to the both of them.
- A well-known or popular player is caught rule-breaking. Does this change your response? Why or why not? No, everyone within the community is subject to the rules, regardless of status, rank, staff rank, power, etc.
- What does “good roleplay” mean to you? Any roleplay is good roleplay as long as others are having fun and truly immersed in what is currently happening. Obviously, if the roleplay is breaking server rules or causing other players to be comfortable then the roleplay should be considered bad and for staff to get involved.
- How do you balance fun vs rule enforcement? I like to handle things IC as much as possible, as roleplay is quite fun and punishments should be handled in IC if it can be. However, if a player clearly doesn't care or if it breaks roleplay then I would step in and handle it.
- What would you change or improve about Nuka.gg if you were staff? Since the server is in early development, I can't really say there is anything I would want to change or improve.
- How many hours per week can you realistically commit? Realistically, over 7 hours a day. However, I am moving soon but I have not been given a date, but I will let the right people know when it happens and that my activity will dip a bit.
- Are you able to respond to staff pings or urgent issues when online but not on the server?

- Have you ever been banned, warned or punished on Nuka.gg, Hammerfall Networks or any another RP server? No, not that I know of.
- Why should we trust you with staff permissions? I believe everyone should be given a chance to prove themselves and being a member of staff. However, I would say that my experience alone would set me apart from others applying as I know what I am doing and I would say I wouldn't need basic staff training.
- Why do you want to be staff on Nuka.gg? I have always liked being Staff on server I tend to play on more and like and helping out the server by having an active staff member. I enjoy helping out new servers in any way I can, I don't abandon things before they even have a chance to grow and this server seems like it would be an amazing one.
- Anything else you’d like us to know? If I am accepted into Staff, I would like it to be known that I would be a mute in game. With moving, I do not have the extra funds to get a working mic, but I can use my phone to talk in Discord if needed.
I personally do not see an issue with this. Staff members should be held to a high standard and punished heavily if seen breaking the very rules they are supposed to enforce. I believe that Valandriel can vouch for me when I say that when I was the Server Manager on BN HaloRP I ran my staff team the same way of being held to a high standard and punished if breaking server rules.
