NPC Systems

One thing I'd love to see done is an interesting and dynamic system for NPCs, rather than having either no NPCs or just plain static NPC spawns that dont add much, as such my suggestion is the following (If possible, feel free to pick any or none of these to implement, I just think they'd be cool:

Caravans - NPC groups that spawn in at one point on the map and travel to another, killing them would allow you to gain loot from them but also decrease your reputation. You could also add in faction aligned caravans that provide money/loot to the owner faction if they survive. perhaps some caravans may do trade with players who wish like the wandering traders in New Vegas.

Raids - NPC groups unaligned with player factions that can randomly call raids on certain areas, this would be best combined with a capture point system and would make the world feel more alive, but should be a relatively low chance so that it doesnt get too annoying and get in the way of player faction warfare. If Base building is implemented then it would also be cool to have to defend against NPC raids.

Hunting Grounds - A large area where hostile creatures can spawn in while players are within the zone, the creatures that spawn would be randomised from a list, with some examples being maybe a single deathclaw, a group of cazadores, a group of geckos etc, This would be cool to also add in non-hostile creatures to these lists and ideally the spawns would happen anywhere within a large randomised area rather than being a single static point, but either way would be cool.

Bounty Hunting - A cool Idea would be having a bounty board where players can choose to hunt daily bounty targets, this would spawn in an NPC at a certain location that anyone could hunt, if they kill the target it will drop a head that is then turned in to collect the bounty, but the head could also be stolen or claimed by someone else, potentially allowing bounty hunters to fight over who will claim the bounty.

Ambush Points - A zone, usually at a narrow chokepoint on the map, where randomly, when a player or caravan passes through, a group of NPC raiders may spawn in and attack. This would be a random chance that ideally would increase with how vulnerable the group or caravan is, if many players move into the zone at once then it would be less likely.

NPC Guards
- Certain settlements and faction bases could have Guards that protect them from hostiles, it would be cool if this also worked with the reputation system, becoming a wanted man by constantly raiding and killing makes settlement guards hostile to you and merchant vendors in these settlements would refuse to trade with you.

Squads/Bodyguards - It would be a cool way to make NCO and CO characters more useful for combat than Elites, by giving these roles access to NPCs that can accompany them and fight alongside them, it would be incredibly cool to see large scale (for a gmod fallout server) battles between major factions like Legion and NCR, with multiple elites and squad leaders fighting, you'd see just a big clash of armies.

I think implementing some or all of these NPC systems would be a good way to make the server stand out, as the best Gmod Fallout RP server that has ever been made.
