Armour and Weapons systems

I personally Like the armour system from New Vegas, I'd love to see it added alongside weapons and stats for those weapons taken direct from the game, I feel like this would also be alot easier than trying to come up with balanced stats from scratch and would be far better than not balancing things and having a clear defined meta.

My suggestion is the following:

Use Armour and weapon stat values from New Vegas - We did this for the last server so if possible we could reuse that and save some unnecessary work.

Make Weapons deal a minimum 20% of their base damage
- This would make things much better for balance, as Power Armour stopping all damage from most things would be very annoying to deal With.

Add in a large variety of weapons, especially Lever-actions - This would give us a good amount of weapon variety, I'd love to see more tribal types of weapons and classic fallout weapons added in as well, such as the FN FAL which was in fallout 2 and should be chambered for .308, or the Wattz Laser Rifle which would probably help flesh out the laser weapons line. I'd especially love to see throwing spears as a nice themed Anti-Armour option for the Legion and molotov cocktails.

Add in ammo types from New Vegas - The ammo system in New Vegas I find especially appealing, and it helps to balance the otherwise crappy weapons like the laser rifle, which goes from 22 damage to 33 Damage and -10 DT with ammo types, for this to work the -DT effects on each shot for different ammo types would really need to be implemented
